Timeline
Young Roofing Company established by the Young family in St. Louis, MO.
Young Roofing Company incorporates and is renamed to Young Sales Corporation.
New division created, called “Corrugated Siding by Young”, expanding Young Sales Corporation services into commercial roofing and industrial siding.
Young Sales Corporation invests in mechanical insulation capabilities with the incorporation of Young Insulation Group, Inc.
A management buyout of the original Young family is concluded in October. Young Sales Corporation becomes The Young Group, Ltd. Service. Offerings include commercial roofing, mechanical insulation and industrial metal panel installation.
The Young Group, Ltd is rebranded as MHS Legacy Group, Inc. A separate subsidiary, IWR Building Systems, LLC is established.
IWR Building Systems, LLC is rebranded as IWR North America, LLC and begins its evolution as a full-service building enclosure contractor.
IWR North America expands operations, opening a new office in Dallas, TX.
Expansion continues with the opening of IWR North America’s latest office in Chicago, IL.
